  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase or bKash / Bank.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Service Activation Issues: If we are unable to activate your service within the promised timeframe due to technical issues on our part, you are eligible for a Pertial refund of any initial payment made.
  • Service Outage: If you experience a continuous service outage for more than 72 hours due to a fault on our part, you may be eligible for a prorated refund for the period of the outage. This does not include scheduled maintenance or Optical Fiber Cutting or outages caused by external factors beyond our control.
  • Service Cancellation: If you cancel your service within the first 7 days of activation , you may be eligible for a half Month refund. After this period, no refunds will be provided for cancellations.
  • Overpayment: If you have accidentally made an overpayment, you are eligible for a refund of the excess amount.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Usage-Based Services: Fees for usage-based services and data overages are non-refundable.
  • Promotional Offers: Payments made for services under promotional offers or special discounts are non-refundable.
  • One-Time Fees: Installation fees, equipment fees, and other one-time fees are non-refundable once the service has been activated or the equipment has been delivered.
